Stacking up on attack turns

Since attack turns now come once every 3 hours (which basically means you get 8 attack turns per day), every attack turn used is crucial. If you want to have a good gold pillage (who doesn't want to?), you can make the most of your attack turns by:

1. Attacking players with high soldiers but lower defense compared to your strike action immediately after your target player has received his/her gold/income per turn. This is assuming that your target already has a sizeable amount of gold before the next turn/before you attack. Be warned, though, of the consequences of turn farming. Some players might get irritated and sabotage your weapons!
2. Stack up your turns to around 100 to the max of 250. Once you have done that, you can put on an attack rampage. While stacking up, be sure to guard your TBG (turn-based gold) and spend them to attack weapons next to spy tools. In sum, purchase offensive weapons and tools while saving turns in the process. Remember to train down your untrained soldiers to spies/sentries before attacking so that you have few soldiers, which means you get to attack players with TFF (total fighting force) higher than yours for higher gold pillage.
   

Or if you're into raising your defense while saving on turns, try to click on the recruit page like mad. Apparently, it will help increase your number of soldiers, which means more income per turn while waiting for those precious attack turns to stack up. As of to date, however, there's this disadvantage for alliances with a small number of members and for "solo" players with the current recruiting/clicking system. As for huge alliances, it's a plus.
