For some reason, KoC has been frequently down. It appears that the website has been inaccessible for many times since Age 11 began. Will the lost game-time be compensated with the amount of TBG and attack turns similar to what has been lost while the KoC website was down? We won't be expecting that to happen although, of course, it would be good if the KoC administrators would fill our expectations. But then again, everybody else (I think) has been experiencing the same problem. It's all fair as far as everybody is concerned.
